Very good but maybe 7/10 on heat scale

Very good sauce... another all rounder like most of Marie Sharp's stuff.. I actually love it on my Tim Horton's breakfast wraps or eggs.. or pretty much anything... the heat is hot if you are not used to it.. but after a month or so it will be tame again...

I like it as an all purpose hot sauce that will be hot for many but not insanely hot... just go sparingly with those who have virgin mouths... I barely feel the burn anymore... but that just means I can add more and taste the sauce a bit more as well...

Highly recommend this one as your gateway hot sauce
