Initially, I was taken aback by the sugar level of this sauce. It had a wonderful flavor, good heat and nice aftertaste, but the sweetness was not what I was used to. I came to realize that this sauce tastes great on almost everything. I would drink this stuff if it wasn't so expensive. One of the best table sauces I've ever had. Good work Big!
